2. Product Authenticity & Pricing Accuracy

Product Description: In alignment with our core value of Integrity, we guarantee that all electronics and home appliances sold on our platform are 100% genuine and sourced from trusted manufacturers.
Pricing & Display: We strive to ensure that all specifications, product images, and prices listed are complete, accurate, and transparent. In the rare event of a typographical or systemic pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for the incorrectly priced product, even if the order has been confirmed. You will be fully refunded immediately in such circumstances.

3. Order Placement & Payment Terms

Ordering: Orders can be placed online through our website 24/7.
Processing Timelines: Our active customer support and logistics operations run from Monday to Friday (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and Saturdays (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM). Orders submitted on Sundays or public holidays will be queued and processed on the next business morning.
Payment Gateways: To ensure maximum security, all digital transactions are processed through encrypted, trusted gateways. We accept Safaricom M-Pesa and major credit/debit cards. We do not store your raw credit card data or mobile money PINs on our servers.

4. Shipping, Nationwide Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery Commitment: We coordinate nationwide delivery within Kenya—offering same-day or next-day delivery within Nairobi and environs, and 24 to 48 hours for the rest of Kenya (including Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, etc.).
Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from Fahari Electronics Limited are delivered pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss, damage, or theft passes to you once the item has been successfully delivered and signed for at your designated doorstep or local courier collection point.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

Before Dispatch: You may request order modifications or cancellations free of charge by contacting our customer care line immediately before the item leaves our fulfillment center.
After Dispatch: Once an item has been securely packaged and transferred to our third-party courier partners, the order cannot be modified or halted in transit.

6. Prohibited Uses of the Platform

In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others (including our custom “H-Toggle” branding and logos).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fahari Electronics Limited and our partners, employees, and logistics suppliers from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Kenya.
